Meet Sarah Jennings

We need both healthy bodies and minds to feel our best.

Food and bodies and how we experience them is complex. Eating can cause physical symptoms, emotional feelings, questions, or a combination of all of them. We will work together towards your goals, identifying what is causing issues with curiosity, trusting you and your body with what symptoms you are experiencing and what is causing them, and problem-solving together with your expertise in your body and my expertise in nutrition.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing rec soccer and spending time with my dog. We love going to get ice cream and going for walks. I also sing in choir and like playing pickleball with my family.

My new love and joy is my rescue dog, Penny, who joins all my virtual sessions.
