Meet Mary Slate Dygert

A person’s relationship and interaction with food is rarely about the food alone - it is just the tip of the iceberg.

It is important to take into consideration all aspects of health - mental, physical, emotional, spiritual - and ensure those are given equal attention. Once all are in sync, you are truly able to pursue health in a holistic and sustainable way. You can then trust your body to support you being the best version of you!

I love my job - mostly because I get to meet some amazing people and support them in being the best version of themselves! I hope to reduce the intimidation factor of a dietitian session and make it feel a little more like having a supportive and informed sidekick! When I’m not working, I’m usually spending time with loved ones, exploring lesser-known parts of Georgia, or trying to actually finish a home project.

Nutrition sessions made to feel supportive.

We'd be a good fit if...

  • You are open to exploring all factors that influence your eating and relationship with food

  • You are a parent ready to take the necessary steps to battle your child’s eating disorder
